Definitions and Interpretation

1.1 In this document:

  • Agent refers to Prello Advocacy Pty Ltd (A.C.N. 682 017 474) and its directors, employees, and representatives.
  • Client refers to the individual or entity engaging the Agent’s services.
  • Services include those outlined in any agreement or scope of work.

Appointment and Acceptance

2.1 The Client appoints Prello Advocacy as their exclusive agent for the duration of the agreed term.
2.2 The Client agrees to:

  • Notify the Agent of any changes in material facts relevant to property purchases.
  • Provide timely instructions and cooperate with property inspections or evaluations.

Remuneration

4.1 Fees are payable as follows:

  • A retainer fee upon execution of the agreement.
  • A commission fee upon the successful exchange of contracts for any property introduced during the term or within 12 months after termination.

Indemnity

The Client agrees to indemnify the Agent against all claims or liabilities arising from the services provided.


Privacy

5.1 The Agent uses personal information solely for the purposes of fulfilling obligations under this agreement.


Limitations

7.1 The Client acknowledges that advice provided by the Agent is general in nature and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. Independent professional advice is recommended.


Termination

8.1 Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. Any fees incurred up to the termination date remain payable.


Referrals

9.1 The Agent may receive referral fees from third parties for services associated with the property transaction.
